Customer Training
User day 17/09/2015 - On September 17, 2015 we organized our fourth user day
The 76 participants were welcomed with a sandwich lunch with smoked salmon, tomato mozzarella, tartare and cheese and ham. After that, the customers were treated to a number of tips & tricks so that they can get to grips with & PlanExpert even more smoothly. The new user manual was presented. Finally, customers were able to get acquainted with the possibilities of the new version that will be available later in the autumn. Our thanks go to Bart Claeys of the Residential Care Center Sint Vincentius in Zaffeaere, who willingly made his premises available to us.
Collective training 12/02/2015
So far, we only provided personalized and individual user days for each institution. For the first time we ventured an experiment to invite all customers to a training together. There was great interest and we had to refuse people because we wanted to offer everyone a comfortable seat at a table, which we succeeded.
Again we received many positive responses, including the many useful tips and tricks and the possibility to ask extensive questions, each from his personalized use of PlanExpert . However, a recurring comment was the high intensity of the day. A number of participants preferred a slower pace. We will certainly take this into account at the next opportunity.

User day 4/09/2013 - On September 4, 2013, we organized our third user day
In the morning, the customers were treated to a number of tips & tricks so that they can use PlanExpert even more smoothly. We even got a visit from the mayor, Veerle Baeyens, who came to show her support for the event. In the afternoon, customers were able to get acquainted with the possibilities of the new version, which will be available in the autumn. Thanks to the good weather, we could use the aperitif and lunch outside.
Our thanks go to Jean-Marie Van Cauwenberghe of the Sint Jozef care home in Haaltert, who willingly made his premises available to us. In the morning, the customers were treated to a number of tips & tricks so that they can use& PlanExpert even more smoothly.
