The 76 participants were welcomed with a sandwich lunch with smoked salmon, tomato mozzarella, tartare and cheese and ham. After that, the customers were treated to a number of tips & tricks so that they can get to grips with & PlanExpert even more smoothly. The new user manual was presented. Finally, customers were able to get acquainted with the possibilities of the new version that will be available later in the autumn. So far, we only provided personalized and individual user days for each institution. For the first time we ventured an experiment to invite all customers to a training together. There was great interest and we had to refuse people because we wanted to offer everyone a comfortable seat at a table, which we succeeded.
Again we received many positive responses, including the many useful tips and tricks and the possibility to ask extensive questions, each from his personalized use of PlanExpert . However, a recurring comment was the high intensity of the day. A number of participants preferred a slower pace. We will certainly take this into account at the next opportunity.

We even got a visit from the mayor, Veerle Baeyens, who came to show her support for the event. In the afternoon, customers were able to get acquainted with the possibilities of the new version, which will be available in the autumn. Thanks to the good weather, we could use the aperitif and lunch outside.
